From humble beginnings, and while others have fallen by the wayside, FCC continues to strive for greatness across the UKMMA landscape, and we have reached another milestone; our 20th show!
2017 was also a year of milestones and landmarks for the North West’s premier Pro-Am MMA event. For one thing, we celebrated our sixth birthday; it’s incredible to think that in six years the promotion has grown from UKMMA’s ‘Little Engine That Could’, into the roaring steam train that has launched careers and played host to incredible fights featuring a who’s-who of European MMA talent.
But it’s a new year, a new FCC campaign and a new chance for fighters to carve out their own place in FCC history. If you’ve joined us for an FCC event before then you know what we're about: a six-hour adrenaline rush!
When you buy a ticket to FCC what you’re holding in your hand isn’t just a ticket to a show, it’s the Golden Ticket to the greatest show on earth (but instead of chocolate and Willy Wonka, there’s ring girls and violence).
It’s no secret that whilst FCC has hosted some of the best European level MMA fights in UKMMA history over the years, our bread and butter has always been the Amateur division. FCC 20 was no different, with an undercard stacked with the best up-and-coming-talent the North West has to offer, we crowned 2 new Champions in the amateur division.
